Birds could not get upwind. Both sail (4.0) and board (93L) were flying readily on waterstart. I almost cannot believe that we sailed on a bigger day last spring. Here is a couple of minutes of shore-based footage for illustration:

Good old-fashioned 6.6 fun at Coyote. Unreliable clearing wind, kept switching to WSW, driving port tack right into chop. Need to work on keeping the horizon level!
